Shipping & Delivery Policy

Enjoy free shipping within Canada* for all orders totaling $75.00 CAD or more, excluding taxes. For orders below $75.00 before taxes, a flat shipping fee of $15.00  applies within Canada.

Shipments are processed Monday to Friday, except on Canadian statutory holidays. Deliveries are typically fulfilled via courier services such as UPS or Canada Post, contingent on your location. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Delivery times fluctuate based on location; but typically, we expect orders to arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Special order items may require up to 2 weeks for shipment from our warehouse. Any items not stocked in our warehouse will be promptly communicated, along with expected delivery timelines.
